8x50mm Erecting Illuminated Finder Scope for Telescope

This superb 8x50mm Japanese finder scope has a highly polished all aluminium construction. It corrects the image so that objects appear in correct up/down and left/right orientation, as if being viewed with the naked eye or binoculars. It is a great aid when finding objects, especially when using star charts. The finder scope is equipped with a variable brightness red LED that illuminates the reticule so that it is easy seen in the dark. The reticule itself is marked in 1 degree increments and figures a centre bubble so as not to cover the object when placed in the centre of the field of view. As opposed to thick crosshairs found in regular finder scopes, the reticule in this model is very fine – yet easily seen – and makes this unique finder a real pleasure to use. The finder scope has fully adjustable focus, a long eye relief and a large field of view of 56° for comfortable viewing.

The finder scope comes with plastic caps on both ends and batteries for the illuminator. The finder scope can be used in regular finder brackets or with the supplied metal mounting bracket.
